David Duchovny, Tea Leoni List UES Triplex Maisonette for $9.25M

Actors David Duchovny and Tea Leoni split back in 2011, but apparently they had not split with their triplex maisonette at 170 East 78th Street. The unit just hit the market for $9.25 million, and a tipster said it's owned by a celebrity. Public records show the owner as the "Salvator Trust," and according to this website, that means Duchovny and Leoni, who bought it in 2008 for $6.25 million. The co-op was originally three separate artsist studios that were combined, and now the unit, which the Hollywood couple stuffed with furniture and art, has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a paneled living room, 13-foot ceilings, a private garden, huge kitchen, and a lot of stairs.

So where have the stars moved? We don't know anything about Leoni's real estate dealings, but Duchovny settled on a 3BR/3BA apartment on Central Park West last September.
